Introducing Our Executive Director, Keith Payne
August 27, 2021Keith’s addition to The Variel team as executive director brings us another step closer to our anticipated opening in spring 2022.
We feel fortunate to welcome Keith to The Variel as our Executive Director. He brings with him more than 30 years of experience in California senior living. That experience includes hands-on involvement in the day-to-day operations of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities.
Keith began his career in senior living in Northern California, when he was in his early twenties. In the ensuing years, he honed his skills in operations, as well as in sales and marketing.
He also gained in-depth knowledge of California Title 22 regulations and became licensed as both a California RCFE administrator and a certified director of assisted living. In addition, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare administration.
In his role as Executive Director, Keith has already begun assembling multiple teams to provide the exceptional services that residents of The Variel will enjoy. We know that as he builds these teams he will seek out others who share his passion for helping California seniors lead a vibrant, healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
