As we continue to make progress on our beautiful new upscale residences, we’re also building a vibrant, congenial community of people. An Oktoberfest celebration of fun and friendship is a perfect way to bring together those who look forward to sharing the active, engaging lifestyle we envision at The Variel.

Please join us for our Bavarian-themed festivities, featuring plenty of good food, hearty brews (and other beverages) and the chance to mingle with people who could soon be your new neighbors and friends.
